Suggested Reheating Steps:
1. Place greens and roasted veggies in a bowl
2. Add a splash of neutral oil to a skillet on medium heat, add tofu, broccoli, and bok choy. Cook veggies until warmed through and tofu until crispy and warmed through. Add to bowl.
3. Wipe out pan, add splash of neutral oil, add bao buns, a few tbsps of water, cover, and cook until soft and fluffy
4. Top bowl with miso-ginger sauce, and enjoy baos on the side!
Alternative options: wrap bao buns in foil, leave all other contents (excluding sauce) in foil container, and bake at 375 until warmed through (~20-30 mins); add to bowl and top with sauce
The microwave also works well for the baos and rice - just cover with a damp paper towel!
